SM������ Chief Operating Officer Raghu Krishnaiah joins Leadership in the Age of Personalization® Executive Summit

Event brings together leaders from corporate America, higher education and healthcare to explore trends and opportunities in preparing institutions and people during uncertainty

Raghu Krishnaiah, chief operating officer of SM������ joins the ��® 2022 Executive Summit hosted by and Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University, on October 14, 2022. Titled “Navigating Uncertainty,” the event brings together leaders from corporate America, higher education and healthcare for an intensive exploration of trends causing the most uncertainty and the strategies people are employing to navigate the unknowns and prepare to be resilient no matter what the future holds.

Krishnaiah is a scheduled speaker providing workforce insights from the SM������ Career Institute® Career Optimism Index® study, and sharing strategies on the topic, “Closing the Employee Skills Gap. Helping Employers Evolve Through the Employee.”

“The pace of today’s workplace requires individuals to stay relevant and current as they are working toward a degree,” states Krishnaiah. “Skills training and acquisition can be an inclusive method that offers individuals the opportunity to prove and apply their growth and progress in their careers, and still culminate in a degree as an outcome. Krishnaiah’s career as a seasoned change agent and strategist spans more than 20 years of progressive P&L management, strategy, sales and marketing, product, operations, technology, human resources, and data-analytics responsibilities. As the Chief Operating Officer at SM������, Krishnaiah is instrumental in the transformation of the University and responsible for all operating strategy and results. Krishnaiah earned both a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), as well as a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.��
